Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and management.
Responsibilities
- Receive and fulfill orders from stores promptly.
- Organize and load merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
- Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older to work at Aldi.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
