2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time member working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse employees work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety guidance to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and offer suggestions for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds; move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities and operate industrial equipment safely.
