2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects in various warehouse environments.
