2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a part-time team member, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
