2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will collaborate with a hardworking team in various warehouse areas, ensuring efficiency and safety in all tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and goal achievement.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse operations and powered industrial equipment is a plus.
