Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, assisting in inventory counts, and actively contributing to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain clear communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to enhance process efficiency.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely to support daily warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment.
