Job Description
We are looking for a talented 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join the Aldi team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily shipping schedules, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with 3rd party partners, supervising product staging, and ensuring efficient storage and fulfillment processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting warehouse inspections, leading a team, implementing operational controls, and ensuring a safe working environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, and walking throughout the warehouse.
- Working in varying temperatures.
- Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
