Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a key member of our team, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure the efficient flow of products to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks of direct reports, ensuring timely completion.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, shipping, and inventory management.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Lead regular meetings and provide training to warehouse associates.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
