Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Provide leadership and support to warehouse personnel.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory effectively.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
