Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of direct reports, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement action plans for operational improvement.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide training for professional development.
• Monitor and manage expenses, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues and escalations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to develop and motivate team members for optimal performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
