ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling available resources associated with the efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring timely and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for the timely and damage-free loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe transportation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback to team members.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related field, with supervisory experience being a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
