ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a part of one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers in the country, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient freight operations.

General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a values-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in service center or transportation.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
