Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling available resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. You will also oversee load plans, assign job tasks, provide training and feedback to workers, and maintain a positive and safe working environment. This role requires working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment that values integrity, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications
