ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the loading and unloading processes to ensure the timely and safe transportation of freight.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation and freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
