We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. This role involves planning, supervising, and controlling resources for the safe loading/unloading of freight, ensuring timely and damage-free operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
