General Description of Duties
- Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight loading/unloading.
- Maintain load balance and proper load plans for safe transport.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to workers.
- Ensure a clean, safe work environment and uphold safety protocols.
- Support a values-driven culture and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
- Handle hazardous materials with care and adhere to proper handling protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Experience in transportation or service center operations is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations is beneficial.
