Job Description: Access and Reimbursement Manager - New York City

We are looking for an accomplished Access and Reimbursement Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the market access business plan for Epidiolex in the State of New York. Your focus will be on building relationships with healthcare providers, educating them on payer and reimbursement policies, and ensuring patient access to Epidiolex. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams to achieve set objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and develop action plans.
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers.
• Educate providers on patient access services and payer requirements.
• Resolve patient access issues and collaborate with specialty pharmacies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop payer action plans.
• Maintain payer coverage database and communicate changes.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree and 5+ years of experience in pharma or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
