Responsibilities

  • Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Review invoices and check requests for proper documentation and coding.
  • Maintain vendor files, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Update Excel reports and assist with monthly closing tasks.
  • Produce monthly reports and perform accounting-related duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a professional work space.
