Responsibilities
- Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Review invoices and check requests for proper documentation and coding.
- Maintain vendor files, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Update Excel reports and assist with monthly closing tasks.
- Produce monthly reports and perform accounting-related duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a professional work space.
