Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including business writing, bookkeeping, and organizational tasks.
  • Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive online reviews.
  • Handle calendar management, correspondence, and maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational foundation.
  • Full-time availability, Tuesday to Saturday, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a thirst for knowledge.
