Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including business writing, bookkeeping, and organizational tasks.
- Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive online reviews.
- Handle calendar management, correspondence, and maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
- Manage office inventory and supplies efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational foundation.
- Full-time availability, Tuesday to Saturday, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a thirst for knowledge.
