Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As an Administrative Assistant with us, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our operations. Your responsibilities will include providing clerical support, managing employee files, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling calendars and correspondence, conducting research, and managing office inventory.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including business writing and bookkeeping.
- Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Handle calendars, correspondence, and maintain communication standards.
- Conduct industry research and maintain documentation.
- Keep office inventory organized and up to date.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Full-time availability, Tuesday to Friday 9-5, Saturday 10-3.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.
