We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring optimal store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop and empower the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and manage stock levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
