Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. As part of this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth and development. Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store operating results.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities and provide guidance for enhanced performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness, proper stock levels, and quality of products.
  • Supervise team operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in operating retail equipment and cash registers.
