Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. As part of this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth and development. Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities and provide guidance for enhanced performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper stock levels, and quality of products.
- Supervise team operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in operating retail equipment and cash registers.
