We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance operational results while fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

  • Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of management principles and retail operations.
