Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash controls are followed to minimize losses.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior management experience preferred.
