As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance and development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolution of operational concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
