We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in store management, overseeing daily activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. You will also focus on team development and growth through training opportunities.

Job Type

• Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities for team members
• Monitor the competitive environment in the community
• Ensure product quality and freshness
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Previous management experience is a plus
