We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves supervising day-to-day store activities, enhancing store performance, managing schedules, and training the team to achieve operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service ability.
• Experience in retail and prior management preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
