Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in store management, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring store performance, and developing action plans. You will play a key role in training and growing the team while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
