Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will also identify training opportunities to help the team grow and succeed.

$24.00 per hour, 38 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvement.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
