Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and ensuring overall store performance. You will play a key role in developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
