Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring outstanding store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, maintaining inventory procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Full-Time - 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Supervise and train team members to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
• Maintain inventory procedures and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
Prior management experience preferred.
