Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, training and developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $25.00 per hour for an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product merchandising.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
