Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Supervise store personnel, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
