Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $24.00 per hour with 38 hours per week on average.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
