Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms for the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations department. The role involves overseeing SaaS solutions for data cleaning and operational oversight, as well as managing enterprise business intelligence applications. The successful candidate will provide vision, leadership, and mentoring to the team, foster cross-functional relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance clinical data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic objectives for clinical data platforms
- Optimize Jazz's use of data platforms through change management strategies
- Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with senior leadership
- Collaborate with vendors and IT partners to implement data solutions
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and data collection
- Experience with CDASH standards and data visualization tools
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields
