Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to join the Jazz Pharmaceuticals Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) Business & Technology Capabilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the data and analytics platforms that support clinical trial operations, leading a team of professionals, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance data visualization and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
  • Optimize Jazz's utilization of data platforms through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and represent Jazz in dealings with technology vendors.
  • Stay updated on technology trends in clinical trials and contribute to system and end-user requirements.
  • Manage RFPs, vendor selection processes, and collaborate with IT partners for successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development processes.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in CDASH standards, clinical data structures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in clinical trial roles with leadership responsibilities.
