Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Banker I to join Banner Bank. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will promote and sell our products and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and provide exceptional service.
• Actively promote and sell Bank products and services through in-person and telephone interactions.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in cash handling and sales.
• Strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
