Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing, with locations in Evergreen and Littleton Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our team. As a key member of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of production, from concept development to packaging and serving on our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial brewing experience or relevant experience in the beer industry.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the brewing industry, including standing for extended periods, working in varying environments, using ladders and machinery, and lifting weights up to 55lb.
• Strong time management skills, work ethic, empathy, and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in customer relations for events and daily interactions, and overall company representation.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with canning line operations, draft line maintenance, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both locations.
• Compensation based on experience with potential for overtime.

Job Type & Compensation

This is a full-time position offering an hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00.
