We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join ALDI as Cashiers or Stockers in a part-time capacity. As part of our team, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all. Whether you thrive at the checkout or prefer organizing products on shelves, ALDI offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy checkout area.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
- Report product feedback and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies for loss prevention.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves to ensure fresh products are available for customers.
- Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays.
- Organize new inventory and operate equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Effective time management and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma preferred.
Educational and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
