Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stocked shelves to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data within the assigned area.
- Operate cash registers, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers in their shopping experience.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow merchandising planograms, organize new inventory, and operate machinery ensuring safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective time management and knowledge of products and services.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
