Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience of our customers by operating registers, performing general cleaning duties, stocking shelves, and ensuring our stores' impeccable appearance. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate necessary information to direct leaders.
- Maintain document and data security within your area of responsibility.
- Operate registers efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays following planograms.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures, minimizing losses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Aptitude for general cleaning tasks, interpreting company policies, and applying procedures.
