Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to be part of our collaborative team at Aldi as Cashiers and Stockers. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store. Stockers are responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of products and services

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
