Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are hiring part-time Cashiers and Stockers to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and ensure store cleanliness. Stockers will organize merchandise, maintain displays, and operate machinery following safety protocols. Both roles require the ability to work independently, uphold company standards, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
• Operate equipment safely and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Organize inventory and maintain a neat sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
