Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Create a supportive and connected community for all personal trainers and their clients.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing a fitness team.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
- Certified Personal Trainer.
