Position Title: Certified Fitness Lead

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team in alignment with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
- Develop an agile team that can adjust programming to meet individual client needs.
- Create an inviting environment in the Personal Training Cage and engage with members, clients, and guests.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional value and maintaining clean and safe training spaces.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, encouraging growth and development.
- Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend suitable training packages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
- Achieve personal and team monthly sales goals.
