• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment for clients and team members.
• Coach and support personal trainers in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal training and team leadership.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Possess relevant certifications in personal training.
