Job Description: Certified Personal Training Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join the VASA Fitness team. This position reports to the General Manager and involves leading a team of Personal Trainers to drive the personal training business and exceed fitness financial targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop agile training programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal connections within the VASA community.
• Coach trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
