We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business by exceeding fitness financial targets and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs and follow VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an inviting environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and support community-building among trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by fostering personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques to achieve monthly targets.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals through team collaboration.
