Position
We are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support patients in New Castle County, DE. Shifts may include weekends and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community
- Implement patient-centered care plans
- Participate in discharge planning
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
