Position
We are looking for a Full Time RN to provide skilled nursing care, treatment, and support in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. Schedule includes day shifts, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts monthly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure proficiency in IV functions within 90 days of hire.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency.
